Things Marty could do before he was 2

Time is going by so fast, and Marty is learning at an exponential rate. I can barely keep up! So here is a (partial, I'm sure) list of things Marty can do and say:

  • kick a ball
  • push a chair from another room to reach the kitchen sink and countertop
  • say and identify by pointing every letter of the alphabet
  • say and identify by pointing every Sesame Street character
  • dance to the Jeopardy! theme song (and insist that we do, too)
  • eat with a fork and spoon
  • operate a pinball game, including pushing the start button, shooting the ball, and pushing the lever buttons (Hook!)
  • identify these people by name: my dad (Papa); my mom (Gagi); his friends Kylee (Ky-kee), Mary (Meer-meer), Michael (Mockle), and Marissa (Missa); my brother, Mike (Mock), and his girlfriend, Kristyn (Circle)
  • remember and discuss events that happened months ago: fireworks on New Year's Eve, my mom trying to get him to nap by laying in his fire engine bed (Gagi take nap), Christmas presents (Santa!)
  • discuss where people are (Papa at work, Gagi at home, Dada at work, Santa at work)
